Features included (except where designated) on all TAYLOR GUITARS® are: Solid top, solid sides and back, Honduras mahogany neck, ebony fretboard, Tusq nut and saddle, adjustable truss rod, 20 frets, and scalloped X-bracing. The 300 and 400 series come with an SKB molded case, Baby Taylor Guitars® come with a padded gig bag, AB1, AB2 and AB3 Basses come with a hard bag, and all others include the Taylor® wooden construction hardshell case.

Sapele mahogany back and sides, Sitka spruce top. All solid wood, chrome-plated Grover tuning machines. Acoustic/Electric models (indicated by "ce") feature a Venetian cutaway and Fishman Prefix electronics, consisting of a saddle transducer pickup with preamp controls, mounted on the side of the guitar.
